LaTonna Gentry3I have been a Ace card holder since August 2006, but I was told that I had to open a second account to cash my check despite the fact that I wanted the entire amount put on my existing account. I was charged almost $200 and forced to put $10 on a new card. The agent at the location was absolutely amazing but the policies are horrendous. I will be closing my account as soon as my direct deposit is transferred.
