Brett Ferdinand1Had literally been coming to this place for years received reasonably good service and have probably done 50 loans over the years. Today I was told by a new young lady at the Anaheim and redondo location that my loan that I was attempting to take out would be due in just 10 days from my attempted take out date. When I requested 4 additional days which had been the normal standard since I started coming to this place 10 years ago I was told that would not be possible because of what she ‘perceived’ to be my payday which was incorrect. It’s a shame that after a decade of getting my business I will now how to look elsewhere because one thing I won’t stand for are high fees ‘AND’ terrible customer service. Corporations like this need to start doing a better job screening their employees. If you have better options don’t go here.

Jeffery Walter3I have been coming here for as long as I have been working so around ten years, and for all of that time, pretty much every time I come here I damn near have an anxiety attack. Every single time I come here to cash a paycheck I am made to feel like some sort of criminal. It’s exhausting and I’m tired of it!
