Demarcus Grant5I went back with my father a few days ago and the manager Jessika there was so helpful and patient. It took over an hour to get my fathers’s check verified due to the company giving her the run around .She was never frustrated even though she at one time got busy with a loan and other customers and she even offered us some water. No one else would even take the time to hardly even look at the check. She is a multitasker and great asset to the company. Even though it was not her fault for taking long she still apologized. Thank you for your great customer service.

Burner account 35The manager there Jessika went above and beyond helping me with a unauthorized transaction on my card. Since I couldn't get customer service to help me for the card she called herself and got someone to help me.My card was blocked and she helped me get another one in minutes. She always greets me with a smile and puts her all in her job. Thank you for making me feel important. I know you enjoy your job. Highly recommend this store.
