The GRINDE Magazine1Horrible Customer Service!! I went to get a check cashed around 1pm and I waited over an Hour and a half on a Friday because She Couldn't Verify my 1800.00 Check Even though they have Cashed them before at other stores, So now its 2:33 pm and After waiting so long Kindly I said "i can come back later" She tells me she will keep working on it and will call me within an hour because she has to call her supervisor.. so 7:00pm comes NO CALL so i called.. Then im told to wait until tomorrow and call back so i call back THE NEXT DAY at 9am and the SAME PERSON tells me to give her 5 min and she'll call me back so i wait until 6 pm in the Evening and she tells me she hasnt heard anything back!! GREAT ME EITHER For 9 hrs I waited and was very patient Giving that i wasted 2 DAYS with this place trying to cash a check!!! Just UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A Call Back Would of been Great!!! But to everyone out there DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!! .....................TRY LEND NATION, 20 min In and Out!
