Even though she was the only one working, he promptly answered the phone and my questions; when I arrived in the store she was assisting another customer who had problems at another ACE location that Jakayla was able to resolve . She's friendly and works at a good pace. I was in and out within minutes of her assistance. THIS WOMAN SEEMS LIKE MGMT. MATERIAL. IF SHE CAN RUN THE STORE ALONE AND PROVIDE THE KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE I RECEIVED, PROMOTE THAT WOMAN!! Good service is hard to find and I really appreciate Jakayla's professionalism and friendly demeanor.

Her customer service was definitely top tier and she helped me try to cash my check since I have never been here before they are a specific policy but she made sure to help me along the way. Would definitely recommend this place. They also do loans!
