      My experience was excellent! Sharika went above and beyond; she stayed on hold with the bank for 30 mins, even though it was very close to closing time, to ensure that I was able to complete my transaction......she didn’t grip or complain; very pleasant the entire time! I really appreciate her going above and beyond!
