      I rate it absolutely 5 stars! They are always by yourself side and have great customer service. I stopped using account for almost 5 years and during this high crisis my unemployment was sent there and they notified me and I was able to claim and be available to me .not to mention you get cash back when u use your card constantly

      Went in after 6 after not receiving service at another location, frustrated, and with a tax return check from another state. Terion made multiple calls and did everything possible to validate my check manually when it couldn’t be done through the system so that I did not leave the location defeated. I appreciated the effort and and left with the only money I’ve had since being laid off due to covid. Terion understood my frustration when I walked in, talked and laughed with me to calm me down, and did not give up in order to make sure my check was cashed. Thank you!
