Steph Brown5We were greeted as we walked in by both employees working. It was SUCH a breath of fresh air to be greeted with a smile, making us feel as if why were there mattered to them as well. I will for SURE be coming back. I didn’t get the other employee’s name, but Lavelle is who helped us. Give ‘em both a raise!

Alexis Krizan1The woman who was working there answered the phone very snarkily and actually hung up on my customer the first time because she was busy. I then called back to explain the situation to her, but she said she had an office full of people and couldn't help us. She said she would reach out to upper management and call us back and never did. She also hung up on me before I was finished talking.

Alec Osborne1I went in and submitted a personal check they took my phone number to say they call me when it get approved. It's been a couple days now I went to call them to check on it because i really need this check as soon as possible. The person on the phone went to go ask about it then she hung up on me. I thought may been accident so I went and called back she hung up on me again. I was trying to do was ask if it was ready and I think that was really rude for them to hang up on me without even answering my question.
