Really terrible customer service most of the time. Most of the CSA's act as if the customers are beneath them or that the customer is bothering them. I just got off the phone with a CSA from the 7th st location & she was rude, cut me off several times & hungup before I could finish. ACE train your CSA's to treat customers appropriately cause without them ACE would not exist.

all of the staff are very kind and helpful and they make sure that you are completely satisfied with what they can do for you I recommend it because they're super awesome definitely go here

Easy, headache-free experience. The tellers that I have been served by were very nice and professional. I will be going back to this place for sure!

The two ladies behind the window at aces on west 7th in eugene are the kindest and most understanding they are great!

My mother had a stroke so I brought her in so she could get her payment arranged for the 4th Wednesday of the month and the girl behind the counter wrote it up, unfortunately since I was holding my mother up and th fact I did not have a calender on me I took her for her word on the dates,appearantly she read the calendar wrong and put the 3rd wednday of the month down for my mom's payments and when we discovered this the store on 7th said they were going t I cover any bank costs for them messing it up but they sent the bill to corporate and did not bother to tell corporate about them messing up the dates or that they said they would take care of any overdraft fees associated so I called the eugene store and the little blond girl that screwed it up in the first place was real nasty and laughing at my disabled mother and basically weasels our of the whole thing! Beware of this and the fact that they totally lied to us about covering the fees and passing it to corporate so they could deny any responsibility for her screw-up they are wicked people with no souls

You guys STEAL MONEY. Never mentioned you take 10% because WHO WOULD BE OKAY WITH YOU TAKING 74 DOLLARS OUT OF A 700 DOLLAR CHECK!! when we have a kid and bills, why.. WHO would be as dumb as to go to a place and be okay with thatmich money being taken out of a hard earned check, when the bank would have taken 4-7$ !?!??! Oh dont worry... You lied about the first check by the way too.. We have the reciept still and the check... So we will be finding out a way to get you out of business for lack of communication and poor relay of false information. I ain't done yet.

Kristin is awesome helpful and without a doubt Exceptional at making Even the menu task of cashing a check and enjoyable experience

The woman that helped me was very nice and extremely helpful. And even remembered me when I went back a few days later.
