She took her time and explained all the perks of having a ace elite card. She never pressured me into anything but made me feel confortable in my new transitioning process into the Ace elite card process. Thanyel made me so comfortable with the Ace elite card, I decided to upgrade to the Ace flare. I have even told friends of mine about my lovely experience not only with Thanyel but with Ace cash Express. Thanyel wears the name of your company with pride and represents your company in the utmost professional way. Boog B1I came here to cash an international cashiers check from gambling earnings and the lady who helped me, Yetta, was very incompetent and dismissive. Not only did she tell me she couldn't verify the check but she called the WRONG agency after telling me they couldn't make international calls to verify an international check. Instead of calling the location on the check she choose to call a bookkeeping service that had NOTHING to do with the account service provided. Now its the weekend, i have bills to pay and wont be able to handle my business until MONDAY. This is so very frustrating and ACE can do much better in their selection proccess for hiring. I shouldnt have to walk for them.
