      Would not recommend this place. I've had a home loan since 2006 with no late payments and they still refuse to refinance me. They have me @ 6.8% and I was told " you cant refinance because you don't like your rate" so much for helping the consumer.

      I refinanced my home and the Abri staff made it extremely simple to do. When I go through the drive through... they know me by name. It is extremely comfortable inside and they treat me like family.

      I use Abri as a shared branch (with Inova FCU) and normally they require me to come into the lobby. With the current events, they have closed the lobby and refused me service through the drive thru....REALLY?!!!!! Was thinking of opening an account there... NOT NOW. (had to give a star to post... I am really giving zero stars)

      Love it. Got 3 auto loans here and a credit card. Great overall bank with good rates. There is always some one greeting you and I have never had a problem at any time!

      Unfortunately you received multiple letters and phone calls regarding the missed payment prior to the 30 day late deadline. By law all financial institutions are required to report payments past 30 days. We understand that times are tough for a lot of people and would have been happy to work out some kind of modified payment schedule on the loan. We are sorry for the problems this has caused you.
