Extremely high company never seen a company want 20000 plus for a ride I’m down to 8000 something and having financial hardship and they don’t wanna work with you. Auto Credit is a sham and don’t recommend going through either with the high prices. I use to enjoy these people at both places.

I have to say I have never ever had an issue with the staff here. Auto Credit is where I bought my SUV and it has been wonderful for the last three years. Of course the interest and price of the car is higher we are people going to these places because most of us do not have the credit to go elsewhere. Of course they are tough IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR PAYMENT I am overall very very happy with them

It’s my first loan company that I use to pay off my car and I must say the place is very friendly and reasonable. I will say that most of the time that I do call to pay my car, the employee named Taylor gets the job done efficiently and in a great manner. Definitely a great employee and she does a great job handling the phone call/transaction.

The staff at abc loan are very Professional and have outstanding customer service. Auto credit is another story. They bait you in with very nice people directly after that you are transferred to the Devil. Those are the most disrespectful inconsiderate people I have ever met, especially Cynthia. I wouldn't refer this place to anyone if it was the last place to shop. This place is a definition of I don't care about the people just give me your money. ABC loan 5 star auto credit 0 stars

This company is full of it. I never had to deal with a company like this. I went out on medical leave and they said they will work with me. Yes, they have at times but this last situation they didn’t. I apply for unemployment which of chose the hold world is infected by this pandemic... you can’t rush unemployment to give you money or what not. They came in had a repo on my car the day I talk to abc loans which of chose nothing was documented down of the problem I was having. This company don’t feel sorry for nobody. They don’t care about nothing but their money. You could be half dead and they will repo your stuff... I don’t recommend nobody to do business with them at all. Whoever is the owner or manage this company needs to teach their employees to know how to talk to their customers and not with such In attitude. Nerve will I do business with cars on credit/ abc loans. I never in a million years Have I ever had a repo. These ppl are the worse. Run fast from these two company I listed.

I had a dealing with a manager named Jennifer last week. She was very rude and unprofessional. She got really loud with me and was basically yelling at me before i hung up the phone. I called the place where I bought the car from and told him what had happened, they told me they get a bunch of complaints involiving her. Someone who is a manager should not be like this or this person does not need to be a manager. I was told by my salesperson she is only a assistant manager but in my opinion she doesnt need to be one.

The staff here is bad. I had a bad car I baught here in Lexington SC. The car was finaced by this company. The car was a lemon. I gave them copies of whats wrong with the car and that the car is at the dealership. I got a letter in the mail saying to chose a privet or public sale. They wers supposed to let me know the payoff after that sale. IT HAS YET TO HAPPEN i've asked they said they can't tell me that information. Now my father is having issues with them. We BOTH had Covid19 and its been hell dealing with this company. I'm gonna tell all the MEDICAL staff I know not to use them. RUN THE OTHER WAY

Some of your employees need to learn to be nice. I spoke with Tammy on Friday and she was so nasty. You could tell I was a inconeivence to her and she was wanting to get off the phone. Later that day I spoke with a Taylor and she was very helpful and plesent to speak to. Tammy should take some lessons from her.

This place is great! helped me build up my credit and gave me a loan when no one else would. i got over a $10,000 loan with only $300 down. They dont always make it to the phones on fridays after 5pm. Besides that they are great! They put me on a set term loan. No hidden fees, I knew what I was paying and for how long. The vehicle I got the loan for is out of service and wont run, after getting a report from a certified mechanic they allowed me to change my "ins" coverage so I would not have to pay as much. I will be back next time I need a loan. Never had a problem making a payment or with them at all in the 3 years i been with them.

Unprofessional isn't the word. Beyond rude! One of the employees and I got into a pretty heated argument. She was speaking over me constantly and acting like she knew everything in the world. You don't do that. I am the customer. You are the employee. They screw up your account and payments and your car ends up being shut off where ever you may be. HUGE inconvenience. Then blame you and say it's your fault AFTER YOU KNOW YOU PAID YOUR PAYMENT ON TIME! If I wanted a repossession on my credit, I would give this car back. So not worth it!!
