I’m not one to leave a review unless it’s just over the top great experience! Well this is my 3rd real estate transaction I have had the pleasure to work with A1A beachside title on. Each time they have made it an excellent, smooth and enjoyable experience! I have purchased and sold many homes over the years and Stephanie and Gail are 100% gems all around! I absolutely recommend them without a doubt for any real estate transactions taking place in FL! 5 stars all around! Thank you!

We used them for purchasing my home from my parents. They made it very easy for us, gave us recommendations when we asked. I have two little kids so it was always easier to pick up the phone instead of replying to the email and they answered everytime. We were able to close on time and would use A1A Beachside Title again if needed. Gail and Stephanie were very nice and pleasant to work with.
