Halley Hover1I got an advancement of $132 and the interest rate is 125%($162 fee)!!!!! THAT IS ABSURD!!! If i would have known or informed, I would have never EVER agreed to get an advancement there. lack of communication and being sneaky. I feel I am not the first person to be a victim of this. Unless you want to pay MORE in interest fees than the actual loan itself, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Complete and utter rip-off and somewhat cruel.
