      First and foremost, its EXTREMELY UPSETTING to see the other reviews and discover before writing my own that Amber has had complaints dating back to a year ago! Has nothing been done? Are we providing feedback only for services not to improve?? For me, it was an absolute HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! This is my first experience with 1st Franklin and it will certainly be my last! I made a payment on 12-3 and again on 12-11. My interest was extremely high when it should have only been $8.40 for those 8 days. However it was 8 x that amount! When speaking with the representative Ashley, she said she didn't know why it was so high and stated the daily rate is $1.05, but had no idea why it was $70. I asked for further explanation. She continuously stated "That's all I can tell you, and I really don't know". I asked to speak with a manager, and she replied that her manager Amber couldn't help me either!!! I asked for someone above Amber, but Ashley continued to say the interest was what it was, but she couldn't explain why and proceeded to end the conversation. After "being persistent, and demanding some sort of explanation", Amber the manager FINALLY took the call and explained the reason for the interest while in the background she simply said she didn't know and dismissed the call. It took me VERBALLY and persistently asking for help while Amber dismissed me in the background, and told the rep to simply tell me "she didn't know" without any effort to examine the acct! The customer service experience was HORRIBLE, the workers are LAZY, and I have no desire to ever have a financial relationship with 1st Franklin, other than the pay off the acct!!

      Is there a way to give -0 I know there are rude people in the world but I think they all work in the Kennesaw ga office. Amber lacks professionalism & communication she is unkind, ill-mannered & abrupt. She does not give you a chance to speak always interrupts and then accuses you of yelling when you are just trying to get your point across. not to mention thieves I did not authorize a payment and it was taken out my account.. Here is the kicker AMBER HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST FRANKLIN AGAIN. I was so hurt that people are so rude when they think you are at there mercy or they are better than you. there is no other reason to be this unkind...

      NEVER come to this location!! I came to this office this week , the manager “AMBER” at this location is very unprofessional , rude and lacks professionalism! I came to this location to try to renew my loan and while discussing the terms on my new potential renewal amount the manager decides that she could disrespect me and talk to me crazy. I personally am unsure why things escalated to this matter so soon but I asked Amber to stop talking to me in this disrespectful manner she then raises her voice and proceeds to tell me i can just GET OUT! I then tell her i am trying to do business and I would like to speak to her supervisor. She abruptly picks up the phone , while yelling at me “ your trespassing “ i asked how ? And then She began to speak with upper management on the phone ! Amber was on the phone with her manager “Kim” im assuming the district manager or regional manager . She was on the phone all of 1 min and maybe a few seconds when she hangs up and says im calling the COPS! Amber begins to let me know she has 3 witnesses “ two of her employees and one white guy who was a customer” i thought to myself what would you need witnesses for if you did nothing wrong?! She continues to say Kim told me to call the cops. And i respond in CONFUSION especially because i never got the opportunity to speak with management there was no immediate threat i never once raised my voice until I personally had to call the cops in response to my blatant disrespect. I never spoke of any curse words or file language or yelled. Yet Amber lies to the cops and her manager saying my hands where pointed at her yet when i say pull the cameras no one says anything . As far as im concerned i never even had my voice heard when the manager and i begin having a conflict! I was told iam trespassing denied the right to even have CORPORATES number . I had to ask the officer to get the corporate number for me because i definitely was not going to jail for trespassing when i never committed ANY crime! I left the building as soon as I completed my call to the cops and sat in my car until the cops arrived! The cops where very understanding and confused on why they were even called on something so PETTY. I proceed to insure the cops i will never do business with this location again and asked for a police report for my legal documents! They told me they didn’t do a police report and if i have any further questions i could reach out ! I then contact corporate .. i speak with a lady named Mary who puts me through to the same district manager “Kim” who insisted to call the cops , i insist on speaking with someone who would not be bias because clearly Kim thought it was a great idea to call the cops on me without asking whats going on or even checking if possibly her employee was out of line.So i speak with a different manager who does nothing besides hear my story then responds with she cant talk about anything in reference to the business side , which is understandable but she literally did nothing as if i just called her to Tattletale or something. Never bothered assisting me with anything besides how to get a renewal at another location.I am now waiting on her boss to call me ! This will get resolved one way or another!! In other words don’t do business with this location or company!!!

      Oct 1st, Wendy called me and was extremely rude when I asked her to hold for a few seconds while I answered a question from an employee. I told her I was self employed so this is when she requested 6 months bank statements. I told her I could bring into their office the next day and asked her to hold off on running my credit until I sent the statements in. She then placed me on hold and came back and advised that she ran my credit which I told her I asked her to hold off and her response was "well I already ran it". I did not hear back from their office so I called them on October 14 and the lady I spoke with said she never received my bank statements so I sent to the email that they provided which she validated she received. She said she would call me back within 15 minutes after she spoke with Amber the branch manager. I never heard back from her. October 18 I called and spoke with Amber and she apologized that I never heard back as she said Wendy was no longer with them and that my loan was not approved. I thanked her and started to hang up but she started talking thinking she hung the phone up with me and said "how dare he say we never called, he just didn't pick the damn phone up when we called" and "I hate these internet inquiries as they are . . . then she started talking about a 26 year old who applied and that she was going to decline because he has too many credit cards" This office is completely unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone. Hopefully their calls are recorded so their corporate office can see how they treat their customers.

      To First Franklin Financial, my name is Mr. Bennett. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jennica who is the supervisor of First Franklin Financial on Roberts Court in Kennesaw, Georgia. I have known Jennica for one year, and she is by far the best supervisor of any financial company that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She also has the ability of making her customers feel welcomed and at ease when speaking with her about their financial needs. She also has a terrific sense of humor. It is without a doubt that all four of her employees enjoy being able to have the opportunity to work with her. All of her employees (Allie, Yuri, Wendy, and Ashley) treat every customer with the utmost respect, and they all have a great sense of humor. But why would they not, when working with Jennica is part of the requirement? Over the past few months, I have never seen a customer walk out of their business without a big smile on his or her face.
