Horrible customer service. I came in contact with a female that thought she was going to speak to me like she did and if course I spoke up. She then stated she didn't want to assist and sent me to across the street and that was the best thing she said. The customer service at Auto Money was wonderful and went smoothly.

Jenny is a stand up person. She is very patient. Excellent customer service. Very helpful and resourceful. She has an outstanding smile. She makes you feel so welcomed and very respectful. I can go on and on. But overall fast easy service... I'll recommend anybody to go there and give them a chance to assist you.

So we came on Thursday to see a car and waited almost an hour at the door nobody ever came. Came back friday around 12pm and it took another 20 mins for somebody to come to the door. It was 1215pm and Crystal said her break wasnt over until 130pm. I never heard of anybody having an hour and a half break. So Desmond came to the door and gave us the keys for us to test drive. We came back and said we wanted the car, he said okay but i have to go to the other store and will be back in 30 mins, so we said okay we will wait. It took him almost 2 hours to get back. Crystal got off break 45 mins before he got back and said to give her a second to get the paperwork together. Then 30 mins later she said she didnt have the authority to turn the car over and we had to wait for Desmond to get back. He pulled up 15 mins later and did the paperwork and it is now Monday 2 days later and we back because he signed the title where it says buyer. The lady working today is rude. We was here for almost 4 hours in the hot sun. They need better customer service agents. If it was not for my husband really wanting the car then I would not have given them our money. They are rude and obviously dont want to be here and they wouldnt negotiate the price even though there was multiple problems

This is because your 5 stars review are not real. What are the odds that they’re all saying either the Same things or very very very similar things. What are the odds that every single one of them states somewhere in between “first time knowing about title loan” OR “don’t know more about title loan” SMH for dishonesty!

I got a car title loan on my truck and I got what I needed. I am glad I got my loan with Jenny at 1st Capital Finance company. They treated me with real respect and gave me the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere.

I've enjoyed doing business with 1st Capital Finance since I've been with them. Arlene Mullinax and her staff have been very good with helping me on my financial needs. I would recommend them highly.

We had a real interaction rather than a robotic one, just as I always have with the whole company -- so important. I finally got to speak with the owner, Wes, on the phone, something I have wanted to do for years. It proved my notions of him to be true; he's down-to-Earth, listens/cares, is astute, dignified, and fair. Like him, the staff wants to balance everyone's needs, not just take you for a ride and then repo it afterwards! Arlene might has well have bent over backwards and whistled Dixie out her cheeks just so I could pay an important bill on time. They have saved my credit, helped me plan my budget better, helped my relationships with my family, and generally held me up to a standard to which I want to be held -- the status of responsible (but sometimes imperfect) human being. Do right by them and they will do right by you. As with any loan, however, READ what is being signed, understand it, and read more about short term loans online before "hating." They are not meant to last forever, but when they do, I have certainly found it is almost always ultimately due to the client. I am a good example, but I made it all a learning experience and took the wisdom I could from it... and never lost my vehicle. Now I have a new loan I must manage well! ... Respect gains respect, and if one goes into a situation either with a a negative attitude or with holographic rainbows coming out of their behind, things are not going to go very well for that person. Money is money, and when it, as well as your time and belongings are on the line, it is time to get serious and remember that everyone needs money, even the folks at 1st Capital. So, A+++++++++++ all around. Thank you Arlene, Amy, staff, and Tim. You have all contributed in making me a better, smarter, more professional, realistic, and conscientious person... and I never lost a vehicle for a second, even when they could have repossessed. The company wants to work with you, not take y our car or see you leave as a client. It's a catch 22. Yeah, they don't like payoffs... it means they are not only losing money, but they are losing a relationship they invested in developing with someone. Trust me. Remember also: you are in ultimate control; so control yourself as much as possible during these extremely difficult times. Still, as hard as things get, our finances are our responsibility, no one else's, unless you have a portfolio someone is managing for you. If you do, you may not need the services of 1st Capital... then again, you never know. Peace!

I came in to 1st Capital Finance after going to Title max first who could Not help me and referred me to Auto Money who said I was to far. Arlene was amazing at 1st Capital Finance. I told her my situation she did everything in her power to assist me and she did! Thank you so much for your help Arlene and 1st Capital Finance!

0 stars, is negative stars possible? Don't get scammed folks. Don't even consider this a last resort. Unless you are considering suicide bc that is the only way to get out of the debt once you walk in and you have been baited. Do not do it. Save yourself. This is never ever an option.

I had a very positive experience , Thanks to Arlene Mulinax. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend her and 1st Capital to my family and friends.
