The best I received was a “let me check and I will call you back.” I finally reached out and contacted the manager and she was nice a apologized and said she would have someone get back to me. I told her that would be great but I had to know in the next week with a return my call or I was going elsewhere. I never had a single email or phone call. We went to a different place but it was local to our primary house. We ended up with a timely appraisal and a better than we were hoping for rate. We did have to take extra steps in documentation because we had to verify and explain why we had a hard inquiry by this bank.”
