    “I went to the Neenah WI location to cash a check that was written to me from a large company that banks with BMO Harris. They told me that they would cash the check, that was again from their bank for a $10.00 fee. They would wave that fee if I opened a account with them. The check was for $55.00. WOW! 20% charge! I made it very clear to her that I would not pay the fee or ever even consider opening an account with any bank with such poor customer service!”

    “I’ve been frustrated with this bank ever since they changed from Anchor Bank. My auto bill payments failed since then, I was (and still am) being assessed late fees when auto payments don’t go through/expire without notice, it takes forever to make a simple deposit, I’ve been questioned twice now about making a cash deposit over $3000 (not sure it’s legal for them to even ASK but they do), and customer service is HORRIBLE! I’m going to move my mortgage so I don’t have to deal with such horrible service.”
