They were great at first but when I had an issue with my bank account they decided to take me to court. I had a perfect payment history prior to this and that didn't matter in the least. I sent in a couple of money orders and when they didn't call I assumed they had received them. I found out they didn't when they had someone serve me papers. I contact them immediately to discuss the issue and they made it seem like they would work with me. I offered to make double payments for the remainder of the loan but they refused. I sent a letter of dispute to them and the court and was told we would have a mediator come and help us work it out. The court and universal lenders decided to not accept my letter of dispute and when ahead with the court date without me there and are going to start garnishing my wages. Anyone who has to get a loan stay far away from this place because they do not care about anything other than money and enjoy screwing people over.”- 1.9(10)1 Gateway Dr, Waupun, WI 53963, United States“I used this location as I was out of town, I normally go to the Milwaukee branch. This was a Friday and they weren’t very busy. I walked in and no one even greeted me. I walked up to the teller, I think it was Kayla or Kyle, very unprofessional person, was using slang talk I didn’t understand what was being said to me. I made a withdrawal and this person couldn’t even count the money back to me, just pushed it towards me. I counted the money and it was short $20. I asked for $300 in twenties and receive $280.. Wow! Employees that don’t even count the money back to you, not to mention it was short. Is this person doing this to all the members, are they stealing from the customers? After I brought to their attention, the money was recounted by the teller and I was given the correct amount, the teller pushed it back towards me. No apology, no thank you, just pushed money towards me and then walked away from me. First time ever in this location and it will be my last. Very unprofessional business and employees. I’m moving my account once I get back.”

They give no grace and they will not tell you up front that your indebtedness to them will take years if ever to pay off. You will only pay interest for most of that time. They prey on people in unfortunate circumstances. That’s why their company is growing by leaps and bounds. This is a fancy equivalent of a check cashing company who uses your difficulties for their gain. This is the worst decision you will ever make aside from your sticking too long with your last ex husband who left you for someone he reconnected with on Facebook. Your paycheck is not going to be able to keep up with the demands of your loan with them. Don’t do it! Walk away and ask your grandma or aunt or mailman to help get you through a rough patch. These are loan sharks, except sharks have way more kindness for humanity.”
