To me these appointments are very important and definitely not a cheap process. I asked what would happen if my employers were unavailable..because they waited until last minute I cannot get my loan processed? Yesterday @ 9:30 am, an employee called me to tell me everything was ready to go, and expressed her apology for some of the nonsense that has happened. I was appreciative and hopeful. Then someome called my employer again today! Three days after my appointment to again verify my employment for refinancing ..so why call again today and ask exact same questions?! I called and left a voice mail for someone to call me and let me know where this process is at. I'm really disgusted at this point.”
