She basically told my clients that the final cash to close comes from the lender which is not true because the title company is who confirms what they need for escrow after they match fees. I have been working with this Team for over four years and never have this level of service, she rather lose a client to poor customer service and attitude than just explain to her employees how to answer questions. I guess she has a ton of business now that’s fine, because of her behavior and actions I partnered with another company, this is absurd. Her team is uneducated and will make you look bad and give wrong answers. Your right we needed to make that our last deal.”
