    “The branch manager Sergio was extremely difficult to work with. I deposited $80 into the atm, which turned out did not approved the transaction, rather just ate my money. It took OVER 3 weeks to get my money back. Each time I went into to speak with Sergio, it seemed he just wanted to get me out of the branch. After 3 weeks my bank finally resolved THEIR issue. Worst experience ever. I’ve worked at their competitive credit union (MACU) and this was a common issue, however, we actually had procedures on handling these types of situations whereas Sergio does not. Take your money elsewhere.”
