The first one never reached them for some reason, and the next two were sent out as well, but Wells Fargo Dealer Service agents provided us incorrect addresses BOTH times so were were still unable to get it to them. The Dealership ended up having to pay even more to them to buy the car, and none of the Service reps were understanding or helpful in the matter. It was all very frustrating. I spent two months straight calling them once a week (the dealership called just as much) just to have them not have any answers and continue to be unhelpful. Wells Fargo NEEDS to work on how they receive payoffs, because this was awful. I will never do a loan through them again. I also want to mention that their interest is through the roof. in two years of paying 300 a month, my 16000 loan only ever got down to 11000 at its lowest. Wells Fargo is ridiculous and I wouldn't ever trust them again for a loan.”
