When the pandemic hit we had to basically walk these roomie bankers through the process ourselves. unfortunately they were not the best credit union to be with during this tragic time. On top of that as we struggled to stay alive they refused ti waive minor fees which showed us quickly that this is not an institution you want to partner with. They are small slow, and unwilling to help small businesses like we have had in other ventures with other banks. I highly recommend taking your money and business elsewhere.”

But then today I had someone go over to get change for me and Lacey(I called to get her name after the person explained what happened) who was the employee at the window was very rude to the person that I had sent to get my change as was the person behind her who I do not know who it is. (Since our bank is not open on Saturday). The person I sent over came back and told me how rude and in my opinion after hearing it-unprofessional-Lacy had been to her, saying because she was not a member of Wells Fargo they could not do my change order(than the person in back of her said in a rude tone-just to do it this once). As a well known bank and one I have sent many of customers too, I am shocked by these employees behaviors. To end my review: You would think for a small town like Moab, that the employees would be more than willing to help out another business with change on a day other banks are closed. I won't be sending anyone else to do banking there that is for sure. I'll send them to City Market on the weekends from now on. By the way there is NO sign stating the fact that the bank will not give changes to non-customers at the window.”
