Gloria especially is very friendly and helps put you at ease. Both girls are very knowledgeable and can explain their offerings fairly well. However, a Title Loan is horrible. They don't begin to explain to you how that is really going to work. I felt truly trapped after getting this loan - the interest must be paid every month and it is so high - it makes it nearly impossible to have enough money to pay down the principle. You very quickly find yourself feeling duped and trapped in a bad deal because none of us can afford to lose our vehicles!
