They will cuss you and then tell your job that you cussed them and will call the dealership you deal with and tell them you cussed them out. They do absolutely nothing, but lie. By the looks of it multiple ppl have bad experiences with these people and yet they still have not gotten any better. Why leave reviews if nothing will be done and dealerships still deal with them? I am a loyal customer and paid my loan ahead of time which my due date isn’t until July of 2023. I was layoff from my job in May and I have tried to communicate with the associates about my account and stay up to date with my insurance claims due to me being unemployed. I’m the one who was reaching out asking questions that needed to be asked not the employees. Last week I asked one of the associates FACE TO FACE if I needed to cancel my payments since the insurance claim is going to make my payments. I was told that the payments would be taking care of by the insurance and that I didn’t have to worry about it. The payment was made by the insurance last week but today a payment was drafted from my account after I was told to not do anything. I called in and sent proof of the payment and I explained to the manager what took place. He was so rude to me and told me it wasn’t their responsibility to tell me to cancel my payments after I explained what one person told me. Then he told me that he wasn’t going to argue with me. Like who would say that to a customer. I also told him that he wasn’t there to hear the conversation so he shouldn’t speak to me like that. And I know how associates can lie about the situation because I done customer services before. If they made a mistake by not canceling my payments after I asked my questions then just say that. Not trying to make me looked bad and blame it on me. He didn’t apologize to me after they made a mistake on my account. Now I have to fight to get my money refunded. I am going through a hardship and they’re treating me like I’m behind on my account. I’m trying my best to do right and this isn’t fair at all. This will be my last time getting a loan from them. And now I don’t feel comfortable calling in and speaking with the associates or manager.”

From unqualified personnel (fired) to the never ending excuse of the computers being slow, this loan process is not worth it. If you don't mind waiting more than two hours to be waited on, then go for it. I am more than patient but when it happens on every visit, somethings just not right. On one of my forth visits to make a payment, I noticed a lady sitting before me and I asked her, upon walking in if she had been waiting long...she said 45 minutes. So I sat thinking they would soon attend to her, boy was I wrong. I sat with her another hour and they did not even call her up...so left. This cash store needs productive employees and a new computer program. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME!! GO ELSE WHERE!!”
