Attitude from the moment she picked up the phone. I asked what was needed for the loan, she started talking really fast and I had to tell her to slow down so I can write down what she was saying. Then she said you need to have a bank account. Didn’t mention anything about direct deposit until I asked her and then she said well you will need checks. I told her I have a bank account with checks. My question to her was if my prepaid card has direct deposit instead of my bank account will I still qualify. She then became even more rude and said we don’t accept prepaid cards. Worst horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I asked her who was her manager she says she doesn’t have one. I’m like do you own the company, she wouldn’t answer me. I found the owner’s name online. I will be contacted him directly. This lady needs to find another type of job because this not it. Don’t do business here!!”
