Ms. Shuman will talk to you like a child. She will lie and become irate when you correct her. She will lie and accuse you of violating the lease and terminate the lease early because there is a serious leakage issue that has mold in the neighbors apartment/room(s). She will refuse to return the security deposit. Her husband is good and fixes most of all the maintenance issues. When your car is damaged or broken into, nobody will review the security cameras on or around the property; but, she'll use the cameras to try and accuse you of violating the lease! I would never rent from D&T Property Management due to my negative experiences with Ms. Shuman.”
