They always thought outside the box and found a solution to fit our needs. When we needed more funds again they stepped forward and helped us out when we still had a loan that we were paying on. I called check into cash and spoke to a very friendly woman her name was Randy or Brandi she told me to come in and she would help me. As soon as I got there she listen to how frustrated I was! she explained the process to me and during the waiting period for my check to be approved she and I had a conversation she was very polite.
