My review is for the company as a whole. I'm giving them a three because the service in person is pretty good. However, I have had to major incidents in the last 6 months of something going wrong with my account. I have to say that it is really hard to get someone on the phone. Earlier today, I was on hold for over 15 minutes trying to speak with someone until I finally hung up to call back and leave my number. I am extremely frustrated and am giving thought to closing all of my accounts with them and moving to another bank. I. find it kind of ridiculous that someone can't answer the phone to answer a couple of questions regarding my account. I couldn't even get a someone on the phone to tell me my balance. I just ended up sending an email and I'll just go in person. It might take three days for someone to reply back over the internet. I'm very disappointed in this bank.”
