    “Fly by night, bottom of the barrel title company selected by a loan company only focused on closing their deal. 18 months after my refinance, I found out the Solidifi did not coordinate or ensure the reconveyance of the lien paid off. That's right, I found out I still had the previous lender's lien on my home as well as the new loan. I called Solidifi for an explanation, the girl who answered the phone was curt and could have cared less about helping me. When I asked why the reconveyance was not a part of the title work for the refinance she simply said, "we don't do that." I asked if she could help me get it sorted and recorded, she said, "Nope. We don't do that." Useless!”
