But instead she just shut me down and gave me my stuff back and said she needed it....I completely understand since I work in the same type of field ....But she could have tried to offer me other options instead of just shutting me down the way she did ...The loan was still processed since I told her I could have my employer fax over my paycheck stub...I always bring in my most recent stub since I know it is required but I hadn't been to work yet to get it and I needed to do the some errands before work ...I will still be going to this location since It's the one closest to my home to deal with the other lady that is really nice everytime I go there she has Great Customer Service ...Other wise I will go elsewhere.”

She went on something off topic and asked if I've ever got a loan here before (obviously I have not gotten a loan here before considering I'm asking what I need) so I told her my dad gets loans from them so I wanted to know what I needed, and she went on to try to get my dads information. I asked politely to forget I mentioned my dad and she said maybe(!!!???) And repeatedly asked for my dads name! She was quite rude if you ask me and stupid. I was very upset and hung up and she had the audacity to call my phone back!!! Very upsetting experience.... I went on to call a different location and Amy from a Henderson location was very professional and told me exactly what I needed to bring for my loan! Jones location is bad.”

My issue is the "Unprofessional" "underwriter" at "corporate" a rude B sitting at a desk making 6 dollars an hour having no idea what any class or professionalism is. Not only am I shocked that the owner Chuck has such nasty rude unprofessional idiots like her working for him. I can only imagine the amount of money she costs him daily ...weekly ...yearly. If that were my employee I would fire her, I heard the down right NASTY things she was saying to Gladys on the phone about me (she does not even know me) and I know the ring on my finger cost more then she makes in 2 years...that is just my left hand BTW. The only words of advice I have for anyone who wants to "Don't Be Broke" ....."Don't Be" hasty when going to a loan center. "Don't Be" spoken about like trash. "Don't Be" so desperate that you will waste so much time in your day dealing with such unprofessional-ism. "Don't Be" so quick to believe everything you hear. "Don't Be" willing to pay stupid interest when it is a highly competitive market. "Don't Be" shocked if you go into DLC (any of their locations) and hear the "underwriter" speak so NASTY about you, so LOUDLY over the phone. "Don't Be" shocked if you go to work for DLC and hear the same nastiness I heard. "Don't Be" shocked when you do take a loan and get treated POORLY (I saw how another lady paying was treated...and had to waste another hour her day to PAY DLC for her sister). I must say this is the most disappointing review I have ever written. I really thought Chuck had better employees. Very disappointed .”

Is Money First to come to your rescue. When you need cash now my first pick is Money First they are lifesavers.”
