He could of had the whole sale but his attitude and presentation was very rude. Plus he had a really bad body order. I love sols but I don't think I will spend money at this location. Thank you so much for your understanding and effort to make things right with your customers. I have banked with them for years. Never go overdrawn or have issues with my account. I used an account I don't usually do to pay a bill in the evening. Next day I go to deposit money in my account and see a return item fee and my payment had been returned to my account... it had not even been a full business day that my account had been negative but "over drafts have to be proceeded before 11am" and he made " a judgment call to return the item and charge a fee". I was short $30 .... i had money in another account at access bank to cover it. I explained the situation to the manager and nothing he just repeated he manages two branches and he made the judgment call to charge my account. Thankful I can make the judgment call to switch banks.”
