Just got my first auto loan with them and due to poor communications by the credit union it caused chaos. Not to much information was given to me when opening the loan it was smooth, fairly easy and quick but now I see why. Make sure you get all the information you need from them at the time you open the loan lord knows it will not be relayed to you at a later date which then puts that loan at jeopardy. Never again. Employees seem lost and confused which causes interruptions and threats towards the borrower .”

I called to pay off my 0% interest loan 2 months in advance and they didn’t charge my card the full amount. For 6 months I assumed my loan was paid off until they called asking if I wanted to borrow more money and said I had a balance. I was sent no letter or received any calls for 6 months after my last payment saying that I still had a balance. I’m sure karma will work against any employees/owners involved in this company. I hope if anyone has a choice between loaners to never choose this unethical and shady company. It’s amazing they are still in business.”

They would automatically deposit in any accounts if not paid exactly the day after a loan made from last month. They would not even skip a day later unlike other loan companies do. It put you in jeopardy and if returned checks, cost more than originally. I think it's too quick jumping conclusion. I think they should give anyone a chance to pay a day later or two.”
