Was never given the opportunity to even get out a full sentence or question... Willing to give us a debt consolidation loan but ONLY if we paid off our truck with it, a loan that we already have extremely good rates on and not the debt we're having issues with and didn't apply to refinance the truck, didn't even give them that as an option. They will screw you, make sure you question EVERYTHING! Make sure you know what your take home pay is they will not figure correctly and try to make it seem like you bring home way less than you do to "explain" you into a loan that will not help you. I have dealt with a few different companies but everything about this one flashed HUGE red flags. My request did not go " unfulfilled ". I turned down your request. You wanted to use the loan to pay off our truck which already has an amazing rate on it so kind of a ridiculous request. And nothing about how rude the employees are?”
