Went fine until I get a bill from the county that the taxes were shorted and I owed a nominal amount. Called and find out that it was a clerical error with the title company. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called West Title and was told it would be looked into and taken care of. Then I get another letter saying it hasn't been paid. Call West Title again and am told it will be no big deal, it will be taken care of. Finally get a letter from the county that I am deliquent on my property taxes and am being assessed a late fee. Call West Title and I was told some one would reach out to me. Didn't hear anything for weeks. So I let my realtor know and he reached out to West Title. Immediately get a phone call saying they will send a check out and apologizing for the issues. Well that was back in May of 2022 (bought the house in Sept 2021) and here I am in July of 2022 with no check. This company is a lame duck 🦆”

I started off working with Stu and getting pre qualified for a construction loan. He introduced me to Sarah Kostialto to do a Heloc loan on my exsisting home as my money down for the construction loan. Well the builder had price increases of over 100,000 so I was not going forward. I ended up working with Sarah on still doing a Heloc and just doing some remodeling and up grades on my house. SARAH is amazing worked around my schedule made things easy and came to my work to close... In a day and time where customer service just seems to be out the door or a thing of the past. Assoiated Bank has two out standing people who give some hope that great customer service and honesty still does exsist... Thank you Sarah, Stu and Assoiated bank!!! I might not have gotten my new home I wanted . But I will now have my dream home I wanted in my exsiting house after the re model!!!!”
