My family is growing and we needed a $6500 loan for a new car, I even admitted that to them, and they still turned me down and stopped replying to my emails. We make over $5k a month but I guess we’re still to much of a risk to pay them back smh. Stop lying to people by telling them you’re for the people when you don’t even give people a chance to show you that they are responsible adults that work, live, and pay what they owe.”

I was told that they can't do that there and they didn't know if they could even stamp the check. So they decided to call some place and they said they need proof that my actual bank cut me & them a check to pay off the wells fargo loan. I went back to my place and printed off the loan agreement that I have with my bank. When I came back another person that was working called another place and was told that they just needed to send in the check. So now I am waiting for some sort of proof that the check was sent to where ever wells fargo auto is located. I have this funny feeling that it is sitting on someones desk still in North Mankato. To be very honest, wells fargo has kind of screwed a few people in my family with loans and I wasn't sure I wanted to get my auto loan through them. I wasn't really having any issues until I went to the branch location. I have called just about every 1800 number for wells fargo and have gotten the response of "you just have to wait and see"............. I am just wanting to know why a branch location doesn't have educated staff on these matters and why can't a branch location basically apply the check to my account??? If there is any one that reads this from wells fargo I would really like to know if the check I handed in to pay off my truck loan left north mankato. PS Never doing banking business with Wells Fargo EVER again!”

He is the fifth realtor we have used and hands down will be our realtor for life! I thought we had good realtors in the past until we worked with Matt. He is absolutely amazing and on a whole different level than anyone we have ever worked with. Matt not only went to bat for us during the purchasing process to get us the best deal possible. He went above and beyond spending time researching the property and getting us answers about the property. He even got us answers to questions that we wouldn't have even thought about asking. In my opinion, that is one of the best qualities of an experienced realtor, banker, appraiser, home inspector etc. Someone you can have complete confidence with that they'll cover the things you might have left out. Just like buying a used car, I'd rather go take a test drive with a mechanic friend behind the wheel; Matt was our master mechanic. The research he did for us had to have taken hours of time!! He found tax records, utility records, property line history. Our property involved two loans; one for the home and another for land enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). The government programs are often confusing and hard to interpret. Matt took time to find us answers about anything and everything involved with the home; and explain things in plain language that we understood. Even after the sale, Matt took time to reach out to the sellers on multiple occasions to get answers about the home after we moved in. If you want a realtor that will get to know you on a personal level and really do his due diligence on your behalf, this is your guy. Absolutely incredible!!”
