Last month affinity plus saved my butt big time on loans for my ice castle and they even saved me on my truck payments with a re refinance. I was with spire credit union and with in a month spire wanted 15% interest. So I just happen to call affinity before I was going to have to sign my life away to spire. they only wanted 6 percent interest. I was very happy to hear that and then I changed every thing to affinty and dropped spire because I see who's really watching out for there customers now. Thanks affinity plus for all ways helping me out.

Got results but no closing yet on the sale of my manufactured home and property. Title on home was not given proper review before listing and signing a purchase agreement February. Documentation seemed difficult as we had to return 2 times to have my wife sign all the paperwork as well. She was told not to originally, as she was not listed on the title. Turns out Minnesota requires spouses signature as a co-seller. My bad, I came in uneducated and did not fully understand most of what was signed or what was going on with the market these days. It'll be done when the property deed and motor vehicle to the manufactured home is merged and title disposed of. Second round of waiting for the state specialists to complete documentation and register! No thank you on the help. I have all-ready worked directly with management on this and have done the best they can. Heads up people, get a private rep to sell your home these days. Even the reputable use questionable reps with dual agency and your interests will only be important until you sign. Cash buyers are favored and others will be portrayed as weak or unsafe, susceptible to failure at closing. I was convinced by the rep to accept a bid on the first ten offers to be fair. Was not fair when i found out i had signed a performance clause and the rep was working for the buyer. should have questioned the 1k over highest offer and the rep eliminating that one as a not serious offer for consideration. Tried to shut down the deal but litigation was threatened and would result in a forced closure of the home. Should not sign anything at this office without consulting a lawyer. I could not trust what was being done and signed all new documentation at a lawyers office. Well worth the extra costs. Non cash buyers don't have a chance in this current market against "High Caliber Buyers"
