A truly painful and regretful experience. Further - after contacting the office of the president - and experiencing the continued empty promises and being strung along for months - I was offered to be funded by another lender. This entire experience has been like a bad dream, and was a truly insulting, embarrassing, and costly use of my time and resources, and for the resolution to be discovered that the error lies in the hands of this bank does not give me a sense of comfort that my personal information was tended to in a manner that was safe and secure nor handled professionally - strongly advise that you stay far away from this organization”
