If you are a beach resident, you know quarters are an essential denomination of currency to have on hand. Since this branch is only working from the drive thru, I was told to go to the laundry mat located behind the bank for what I need. Umm, I'm sorry...what?!? I go to the bank I have an account with to do my business. Not go to someone else's place of business to take from them. This is not how a banking institution works unless they want people to close their accounts and do their business elsewhere. Which you may just want to do! This isn't the first time I've had an issue with customer service. I've brought up numerous policy violations & ADA discriminations while met with serious attitude problems from both an employee & manager. What kind of "bank" are you running?”
