    “Everytime I go to this location ATM is always broken. I went inside im the only person in line 1 teller helping someone and the other guy said he would be with me shortly. Meanwhile others are walking around conversating. Was there for about 10 minutes and was never helped. This is why I stopped going to this location. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Every week I keep trying to come to this location to the ATM cause it's near my house and its always broken. I have to drive an additional 15 minutes. Very inconvenient”
