So be sure to ask over the phone just what to bring prior to coming!! But again, overall experience very good!”

The employee didn’t even have the curiosity to come tell me something at the door instead just ignored me. Wanting to leave work early on a Friday is not my problem. You have posted hours and can’t follow them and then just ignore someone standing at The door which you can clearly see because I saw you like that is okay. Completely unprofessional”

Adding interest to the loan for every day it was "over-due". We've been waiting on a call from management for another 2 weeks, with their associates calling us daily saying the rate is going up for every day of non-payment. Avoid paying off your loan immediately. This is how they earn money back on it, through the accrued interest. They will "lose" your payment and management is non existent in an issue. Take my advice and think of another route to get a loan in a pinch. Auto Equity Loans will attempt to bleed you dry.”
