I honestly believe that they try to scam students with late fees. Their system is HIGHLY flawed and it need to be corrected ASAP because it impacts my credit!!! Get your school loans from somewhere else if possible because they are thieves! This company has brought me nothing but stress and frustration!!!! Bootleg company and system. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for years and this branch by far is the quietness, most low key branch I have ever been to. There is free self-service coffee and tea when you walk in. The cheerful tellers are usually standing around when you walk into the branch. One of them immediately greets you as soon as walk through the door. There are ATM machines right in front. One of the cool things you can get from the bank during the month of December is a free Wells Fargo Calendar. The bank offers the traditional Wells Fargo Stage Coach or a Chinese calendar - zodiac animal of that particular year - and Chinese red envelopes for the Chinese New Year.”

A boat came in (covid waiting list issue for boats) and we were thrilled. However, my loan agent went on vacation. Which is fine but they did not allow us to work with anyone else while our agent was on vacation. However, after trying to get the status of our loan for just about 2 weeks (almost called daily, each day a promised return call never came) I finally got a manager's number. I left her multiple voice mails only to never get a call back. I know they have good rates but at this point I am not sure we are going to get the boat as we are already 2 weeks in and the shop is asking when we are going to close. I would honestly avoid this business if you like to be kept in the loop or time is an issue. Every time I called in I got conflicting information. I also was never able to get transferred to my agent. If you are the owner/manager of this company I would suggest you reach out to that division and see if this is normal.”
