Some of their fees are quite ridiculous in this day and time, but they don't seem to think so. Why charge a fee for a service you haven't provided when the system in a bank or credit union is setup to prevent a charge from processing if no funds are available? Those systems are antiquated. A computer and not a person stops those transactions, causing the financial institution no harm at all. Financial institutions work as if we are back in the old days when a physical person had to verify a transaction. Why not update your systems and serve the people who place their funds in your institutions. Without the customer, there would be no financial institutions.”
