Southern pawn on Albert pike is a much better place to do business with David at southern pawn will go out of his way to make sure that the customer is happy Just got a reply from the owner and instead of attempting to make it right he continued to justify his actions I wish his reply would have been public so everyone could see that he is more concerned about defending his actions than pleasing a customer This speaks volumes about his customer service, not only to me but to every potential customer in the future so please be warned that he is far more concerned about himself than his customers sort through the other negative reviews and you will see the tire character of this guy!”
