Pak Plaza Pawn Shop Central Ave, Hot Springs National Park

Very poor customer service my brother purchased a ring from them and asked them to wait so I could pick it up at closing time I was there as they were about to walk out and they told me I could not pick up the engagement ring because they were about to close I had money in hand and they refused me service Even though they told my brother just minutes before that they would wait I was there 2 mins before their closing time and they refused me service This is probably the worst place in hot springs to do business with I’m very unsatisfied! Southern pawn on Albert pike is a much better place to do business with David at southern pawn will go out of his way to make sure that the customer is happy Just got a reply from the owner and instead of attempting to make it right he continued to justify his actions I wish his reply would have been public so everyone could see that he is more concerned about defending his actions than pleasing a customer This speaks volumes about his customer service, not only to me but to every potential customer in the future so please be warned that he is far more concerned about himself than his customers sort through the other negative reviews and you will see the tire character of this guy!

I have used a few shops here in town but I do my best to do trading with Pak. They contact me before date to pay on what I have pawned to inform me of due date. They stay open late and it's nice to do trading with hometown folks. I have all good to say about this place.

Purchased a $4800 necklace that didn't fit after I got home. I was devastated but thankfully the amazing staff at Pak Plaza were able accommodate me tremendously! I am extremely satisfied with this store and cannot express how much I would recommend them. Probably one of the only pawn shops operating that still has standards and morality! 5/5 stars and I'd definitely recommend coming here.

Great shop! bought a Gun from them off GB, Had something come up, had to delay payment for an extra week! they worked with me, and were extremely understanding and helpful, as well as the product that I purchased, i got for a GREAT deal! 10 out of 10 will def be buying from them again!

Purchased online and was pleasantly surprised. The online description and pictures, though extremely accurate and helpful, did not do justice for the actual item. What I received was in better than expected condition and I could not be happier supporting this establishment. May your business continue to prosper.

I tried not to look at the guns when I was there but they do have a great selection, I just didn't want to have to spend the money...twist my arm here guys. Ended up looking at their extensive tool selection. They have a very good selection of drills, wrenches and stuff. I ended up finding a laser level that I have been hunting for months. These guys had the exact style I wanted and they gave me a fantastic price. I will be back when I am in town next. Friendly helpful staff too!

So I have used this pawn twice. When I have needed money for bills real quick. The first time, I was able to get 45$ for my item, and was told since I paid on time, that I would get the same price next time if need be, well a month later I was in the same situation, and I go in and was told that they had to lower the price because the price we got last time was too high and should of never been given to us. The owner lowered the price down to 30, but its the same exact item I brought in the first time. Today I got my item back, took it home and started cleaning it since its electronic, and as I'm cleaning I see something move in the back vents, well I move the item a little bit and a bug comes out of the vents, and to the front of the item in a USB port, I get some tweezers and pull the bug out, and its a roach! And a baby one at that, so I now have to completely take apart this item to make sure I didn't bring bugs home!!! I will never go back to this place. The customer service was horrid, and they don't honor their own words, at all!

Very professional, very, very kind and respectful. I don’t like selling my things but I was impressed with the professionalism and the offers! Best pawn shop in central Arkansas hands down!
