Not only did Joshua Landry ruin my credit after he complimented me on building it up with a pre-paid credit card but he refused to do anything to fix his mistakes and wanted me to go back to a pre-paid credit card after closing out the one I had before applying for another one and running my credit multiple times then not wanting to respond to calls or emails when it took a month for the money from the pre-paid card he closed out to get into my account. I had to speak to his manager who kinda fixed half his mistakes.. kinda by getting me a card and getting rid of one of the hard inquiries but he still had to run it again to get the card he did so it just basically voided what he was doing but it took months for something that should have been a one day thing. These people have no clue what they are doing. They don't even answer the phone when you try and call. I've banked with Regions for 17 years and never had a problem till I moved to Alabama and had to deal with this branch. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.”

I went to make a payment and ended up waiting in the parking lot for 20mins the worker had left! And then she had an attitude once she returned telling me the place was closed when there was no sign and I was there at 2pm they didn't close til 5:30pm!!!! On a weekday!The lack of information from them has cost me a load of interest and Once I am done paying this loan I am closing the account for sure!! And wouldn't recommend to anyone else! Upgrade your staff and professional guidance!!!!!!! I am a person who chose a loan to help with credit I have a stellar payment history but omf has ruined it! Terrible company!”

Upon getting the loan in person the woman helping us was short and snappy when we were trying to get all of the information correct. This was two months ago. Today I called to remove the automatic payment process from my account and Sable just acted so nasty. She kept repeating herself in a tone of voice that made me feel unvalued as a customer and like I was inconveniencing her. I would like to reach out to management but from these two experiences i just feel like they wouldn't care either.”
