The clerk informed me that someone else who worked for Checkmate would be on their way to show me the car because she could not leave the store unintended. The clerk told me twice the other employee was on the way, all while servicing other customers. After almost another 30 minutes she then tells me the employee that’s supposed to be in their way isn’t coming and she can not get in contact with him. The clerk constantly complained about being the only employee there and clearly did not know how to perform the tasks of her job alone. I figure cause I told them I was reporting her for being RUDE. The other ladies that work there are very nice. I had a great guy in Albertville set up my account he is SUPER he got a promotion and moved to south Alabama otherwise I would deal strictly with him. I feel that since there are alot of complaints about BRITTANY TAYLOR they should fire her. She must have something on them that despite all the complaints they keep her. I really shouldn't have given them any stars but won't let you post without at least one.”
