  “I have several business accounts want to add someone to signature card Lady at counter in Marco Island Branch doing nothing, bank was empty said I had to schedule appointment with banker ask her if she schedule it see was very little help. Said nothing available until 4 pm on Monday I went on line and schedule it for 10:30 This bank used to have great service but not anymore. I have to wire money often if I can't go into the bank and wire I'm going to move my accounts to chase on marco I found they are like fifth third use to be very great Customer service In all fairness this is very unusual i bank in Ohio at fifth third ( Mostly Springboro on Gardner rd ) I and never had any thing but great customer service. Last week I was driving to florida and had to stop at Fifth bank in Knoxville tenn (off rt 40) to wire money and the manager and the staff was very helpful ( they did not know me)”

  “Just had a very wonderful experience in this Bank. I'm not a customer of theirs however I needed to cash a check . Considering i came from North Naples traffic was terrible so i arrived at the bank close to closing time. Mary Ann was working the Drive -thru and was just as nice as could be to me.and just as pleasant as one could be. After fighting traffic and a long day of work needless to say I was stressed out badly. However my experience with at this bank today with her made for a nice way of closing out my day. Mary Ann once again I would just like to say thank you for pleasant experience today at your bank.”
