Tried today and their phone system said my SSN and/or pin was incorrect (which I have no idea how, when I call and get a human I give them my account number and SSN and everything’s hunky dory), and after three tries it locked me out of my account. So again, like many times before I’m stuck till Monday without any access to MY money. I’ve just had a long record of hassles with this bank.”
